6 Experts or related persons can be invited
: (1) The chairman may invite experts or related persons or officials deemed necessary or appropriate to the meeting.
(2) Persons invited according to sub-rule (1) may participate in the discussion and present their opinion. But you will not be able to vote in the meeting.
